T&C’s

We ensure all our customers’ orders are lovingly packed meticulously with care, in high-grade packing materials for the protection of the treasures for each customer, to arrive safely and to be received. By purchasing with us you understand and accept the below T&C’s which we share with transparency and love.

 

ORDERS
DISPATCH TIME

We are pretty quick to post your treasures! 
100% of all orders go out within 1-3 business days. Unless we share otherwise, due to unforeseen delays. You will receive an email with all updates about the status of your order. Please make sure you check your spam folder too (just in case) and add our email to your contacts! 

 

SHIPPING

See order details for estimated arrival times. However… Delivery is with 'Australia Post' and estimated from 5 to 10 business days 'within' Australia (excluding public holidays) 🙏 'International' shipping will be passed over to your local postal service, and is estimated from 5 to 29+ days depending on where you are within this beautiful vast world we reside... (excluding public holidays) All postage comes with TRACKING.

*Shipping for your items will be sent with Australia Post Standard service, if you require your treasures sooner, you can opt and choose ‘EXPRESS’ in the Shipping Upgrades, which are available at Check-Out. For international orders, if you require EXPRESS SHIPPING please connect (sharing your location) and we can update the option for you! (As with each country these fees vary).

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Instant email with downloads as your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Customers are responsible for checking and understanding their country's customs and tax laws. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees; as these are not included in the shipping costs. Any applicable additional fees must be paid directly to your local customs office before your order can be released and delivered to you. Which can be found on your countries government websites for eligibility and fees. The customer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to your country (outside of Australia). With love, we hold no responsibility for any possible delays due to each countries customs procedures.

Important Notes:

  • InfiniteHarmony432, will not issue refunds for shipments refused due to unpaid customs or tax charges.

  • If customs fees are not paid, the order may be returned to us at your expense. Any additional fees (e.g., return shipping costs) will be deducted from your merchandise refund or billed to you separately.

  • The original shipping fee will not be refunded, even if the order is returned.

  • Customs fees that you pay to receive your order are non-refundable, even if the order is returned to us.​

Customs processing and delays may occur, potentially affecting the delivery time of your order. However, we share these details with transparency, yet this is very unlikely to occur.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

Shipping protection is an optional insurance you can purchase at checkout. It gives you cover in the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or damaged in transit. A replacement order will be sent out free of charge once the freight company has accepted this claim. This excludes items that have been stolen after delivery, or if an incorrect shipping address was given. By deselecting shipping protection, we are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. 

 

STOLEN PARCELS

It is the customers' responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. InfiniteHarmony432 is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once an order has been delivered to the nominated address. If this does occur, we guide you to connect with your local postal team for assistance. We pray this never occurs to any of our customers.

Of course, this option is available. You'll need to speak with us about this, so contact us to arrange a suitable date and location for you.

ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER

If you've been sent the wrong item or have any other issues with your order, please get in contact with us within 30 days from receipt. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your products and will gladly accept returns on all items within 14 days of the received date on your order, provided the goods are still in ‘NEW’ and ‘UNUSED’ condition. In case of ‘RETURNS or EXCHANGES’, the buyer will need to cover the return postage fees and the original postage charges from the purchase order are non-refundable. For possible returns, connect with us to discuss these options.

REFUNDS

'We do not offer Refunds' once your purchase has been posted, as once your order has reached that stage the ‘RETURN’ steps will need to be taken.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations accepted please request a cancellation: within 24 hours of purchase and prior to shipping, otherwise return process will be required.
